One of the most ambitious projects in Dubai, Town Square Dubai is the flagship master development of NSHAMA and has an area of about million square meters, or 16 football fields. This new community is large enough, in comparison to others, to be considered an independent suburb. This neighborhood has a variety of amenities, including community centers, retail stores, entertainment areas, and parks. Town Square offers a variety of property types, including studios, 1- to 3-bedroom apartments, and townhouses for rent and sale. The total number of residential units is 3,000 townhomes and 18,000 apartments.
