Where we publish first-hand observations, they are associated with OffplanMarket.ae advisors. We do not invent RERA project IDs, yields, reviews, or ratings.

Area guides may cite developer, master-developer, or government sources when recorded in our CMS. Blog posts should attach sources before publishing time-sensitive figures (fees, visa thresholds, indices). If a claim has no source, we omit it rather than fabricate a citation.
